Music Boosters Monthly Meeting Info
Our meetings are generally held on the second Wednesday of each month starting at 6:30pm. For the 2025-2026 year, all our meetings will be at RMHS in the Community Room at 6:30 pm. Every band, orchestra, choral, color guard, or theatre parent with a student enrolled in any of the these programs is considered a voting member and is welcome to join us at our meetings!
How can you get involved? Feel free to reach out to any executive board member or our amazing directors for more information. Below is our current committee chairs and various areas you can help assist with in almost any capacity. We, of course, welcome any new ideas!

JAZZ IN THE MEADOWS: COMMITTEE CHAIRS
Our single most important fundraiser of the year, Jazz in the Meadows helps to support the entire instrumental music program at RMHS throughout the year. The 41st Jazz in the Meadows Festival is scheduled for February 27th, 2027!
This all-day event requires the help of all our parents and students in all our groups including band, choir, orchestra, color guard, theatre. We are so grateful for all who volunteer their time at Jazz in the Meadows (students, parents, alumni, grandparents) and there are so many ways that you can help throughout the day!
While our chairpersons for each committee are below, we are also love *shadows* for next year's event! What is a shadow? Help with the lead position, learn the ropes, and help coordinate the roll next year! Oh, before we forget, we are always open to co-chairs so grab a friend and tackle that committee!
Here are our committee chairs for just this event!
